<p><span style="font-weight: bold;">Colby Hodges</span> is an Associate in the Houston office of Godwin Lewis PC.&nbsp; Prior to joining the Firm, Colby practiced commercial and civil litigation with a nationally recognized boutique firm in Houston, Texas.&nbsp; He focuses his practice on commercial and civil litigation and has worked with clients to resolve issues across a broad array of business-related tort matters, including breach of contract, breach of warranty, employee fraud, tortious interference, business disparagement and DTPA claims.&nbsp; Colby is currently a member of the firm's Halliburton team, working in connection with all civil litigation and investigations concerning BP's Macondo well blowout in the Gulf of Mexico.</p> <p>Colby received his Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law in 2010, where he was an Articles Editor for the South Texas Law Review.&nbsp; He received his undergraduate degree in Communication from Texas A&amp;M University in 2006.</p> <p></p> Biography
